Kimberly Sussman

Kimberly Sussman is a dedicated educator with extensive experience in bilingual instruction, currently serving as a Second Grade Teacher at Durham Public Schools since August 2015. Prior to this role, Kimberly worked as a Bilingual Teacher at Community Consolidated School District 62 and Addison School District 4, where responsibilities included planning and providing instruction in both English and Spanish to facilitate student transitions into regular education programs. Kimberly's teaching background also includes serving as a Bilingual Full-Day Kindergarten Teacher at School District U-46. Before entering the education field, Kimberly gained experience as a Litigation Management Auditor at Zurich North America and as a Legal Administrative Assistant at UOP. Kimberly holds a Master of Arts in Teaching from Rockford University, a Paralegal Certificate from Harper College, a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Spanish from DePaul University, and an Associate of Arts in Business from Harper College.
