Derrick Lui

Derrick Lui is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the digital asset and financial sectors. Currently serving as Business Partner and Head of Legal and Compliance at DWF Labs since February 2023, Derrick has previously held significant roles including Head of Legal and Compliance at SINOHOPE from February 2021 to February 2023, and Deputy General Counsel at the same company. Derrick's prior experience includes serving as Senior Legal Counsel at an HKEx Main Board listed company and various associate positions at prestigious firms such as Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP, MinterEllison, and Stephenson Harwood LLP. Derrick is an alumnus of The University of Hong Kong, where education was completed from 2009 to 2015.
