Allison La Tour is an experienced HR professional with a solid track record in various roles and positions. Allison began their career in 2002 at ADRA, where they worked in planning, monitoring, and evaluation. In 2007, Allison joined Embassy Suites San Rafael as the Director of Human Resources, holding the position until 2016. Allison then moved to Medical Teams International, where they served as an HR Business Partner for six years. In 2022, Allison joined DWFritz Automation as a Senior Human Resources Generalist and later transitioned to the role of Director of HR Operations in 2023. Throughout their career, Allison has demonstrated expertise in HR management and operational strategy.
Allison La Tour attended Pacific Union College from 1995 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Spanish. Allison then pursued further education at The University of Memphis from 2000 to 2002, completing an International Master's of Business Administration (IMBA) degree.
