Courtney Palmersheim

Courtney Palmersheim is an experienced professional in customer excellence and communications, currently serving as a Senior Customer Excellence Manager at Dwolla since March 2021. Previously, Courtney held roles at ACCESS (Assault Care Center Extending Shelter and Support) as Development Coordinator and Administrative Assistant, along with a Marketing and Communications Intern position. Additional experience includes serving as a Front Desk Receptionist at The Salon in Ames, a Public Relations and Marketing Intern for The Borgen Project, and a Reporter for Iowa State Daily. Courtney holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism from Iowa State University, earned in 2019, and completed high school at Ankeny Centennial High School in 2016.
