George Josten

George Josten is a seasoned professional in business operations and human resources with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Business Operations at The DC Institute since July 2015, George oversees IT, HR, Fulfillment, Accounting, and Facilities, driving productivity, resource allocation, and employee performance. Previously, George significantly contributed to workforce expansion at The DC Institute as Human Resources Manager, achieving a 92% retention rate. At Amazon, George functioned as a Human Resources Business Partner, managing a large workforce and successfully executing a Positive Employee Relations Assessment.
