Pete Athens

Pete Athens currently serves as the General Manager of Sales Excellence at Dyno Nobel, a position held since February 2021, where duties include building, developing, and implementing value selling best practices. Prior to this role, Pete Athens was with Nalco Water, an Ecolab Company, from June 1990 to February 2021, holding several key positions, including Assistant Vice President, responsible for coaching, people development, and sales growth in the Heavy East Region. Additionally, Pete Athens served as Director of Training for North America, overseeing sales and leadership training as well as the certification of Ecolab Sales Instructors, and began the career as a Trainer in the Sales Operations Group. Pete Athens earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bucknell University from 1982 to 1986.
