Will Kerr has over a decade of experience at Dyson, currently serving as the Director of Product Programmes for Haircare, with previous roles including Head of Product Programmes and Head of Product Development for Floorcare. During this time, Will has led various teams in developing innovative products and technologies, guiding senior design managers through complex project milestones to ensure high-quality deliverables. Notable contributions include directing Dyson's robotics projects, managing design for cordless vacuum innovations, and overseeing a production line in South East Asia. Will's early career involved roles as a Graduate Design Consultant at Tangerine and an Architectural Assistant at Scott Brownrigg, complemented by a strong educational foundation in Product Design and Manufacture from the University of Nottingham.
