Norbert Klosa is a seasoned professional in the fields of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) management, currently serving as the Global ESG & HSE Director at DYWIDAG since August 2022. Previously, Norbert held the position of Global Health, Safety & Security Department Head at AUTODOC, where efforts focused on establishing a comprehensive HSE framework across a vast logistics and retail network. With extensive experience at Minova as the Global Head of SHES, responsibility included forming sustainability and safety strategies for a large-scale organization. Norbert's background also includes significant roles at Air Liquide and Active Progress, leading HSE management systems and providing crucial services for numerous major global projects in sectors such as chemical, oil, gas, and energy. Educational qualifications include a NEBOSH International Diploma and a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from The Silesian University of Technology.
