Dave Cunningham has a diverse work experience in the field of public affairs and communications. Dave most recently served as the VP of Communications and Public Affairs at E-Comm 9-1-1. Prior to that, they worked as a Public Affairs and Communications Consultant at their own firm, Dave Cunningham Public Affairs. Dave also held the position of VP of Public Affairs & Communications at Coast Capital Savings and Chief Communications Officer at the Provincial Health Services Authority. In addition, they served as the VP of Government Relations at TELUS and held various roles at the Office of the Premier of BC and County NatWest Investment Management. Dave has a strong background in communications and public relations, with a focus on government relations and strategic communications.
Dave Cunningham completed the Governance Essentials Program for Directors of Not-for-Profit Organizations at The Institute of Corporate Directors - UBC Sauder School of Business in 2006. In 1994, they obtained a Graduate Diploma in Australian Studies from the University of Melbourne. Prior to that, Dave earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Trinity Western University, which they completed in 1990.
