Merle Maigre

Merle Maigre is a Senior Expert on Cyber Security at e-Governance Academy. Prior to this role, Merle served as an Executive Board Member at The CyberPeace Institute and as a Board Member at Estonian Information Security Association. With extensive experience in various leadership positions in cyber security and defense organizations, Merle has a strong background in security policy advising and research. Merle holds a Master of Arts in War Studies from King's College London, a Diploma of Studies in International Relations and Affairs from Johns Hopkins SAIS, and a Bachelor of Arts in History from University of Tartu, among other degrees.
