Stefan Conrads has extensive experience in human resources and corporate strategy, currently serving as Senior Manager HR Strategy & People Experience at E.ON since 2020. Throughout the tenure at E.ON, Stefan has also held positions as Senior Manager Corporate Culture | Change & Transformation and Senior Manager Strategic Partnerships. Prior to E.ON, Stefan worked at innogy SE as Senior Manager Retail Development from 2014 to 2020, and gained audit experience at RWE AG from 2008 to 2014 as Lead Corporate Auditor. Additionally, Stefan held the role of Lead Corporate Auditor at Generali for a brief period in 2007 and began a career in auditing at PwC as Wirtschaftsprüfungsassistent from 2003 to 2007.
