Robert Croom EngTech TMIET has extensive work experience in the field of fire and security systems. Robert began their career as a Security Engineer at City Alarms in 2001 and then moved on to work as a Service Engineer at ADT Fire & Security from 2003 to 2004. At ADT, they later became a Fire and Security Consultant, managing a large client database and overseeing installations and projects.
In 2013, Robert joined Trinity Fire & Security Systems, where they held various roles over the years. Robert started as a Security Account Manager in 2013 and then became a National Security Manager, responsible for managing security operations on a national level. In 2016, they were promoted to General Manager and then to Regional Director in 2018.
Most recently, Robert has taken on the role of Group Director at EA-RS Group Ltd since January 2022. In October 2023, they will assume the position of Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at the same company.
Robert Croom EngTech TMIET has a education history that includes a NVQ in Customer Care from City and Guilds, C&G Part 1 and 2 in 2360 Electrical Installation from Havering College, and GCSEs from Emerson Park School. Robert also holds a NVQ 2360 in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Havering College. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in 2360 Pt 1 and 2 Electrical Installation from CITY AND GUILDS in 2004.
