Susan G. Riel

Susan G. Riel is the Interim President and Chief Executive Officer at EagleBank. Susan has over 30 years of banking experience, beginning their career at Wells Fargo in 1977. In 1995, they left Wells Fargo to join Columbia First Bank as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. After a merger with EagleBank in 2007, Susan became the President and CEO of the newly combined institution. Susan served in this role until 2015, when they stepped down to become Interim President and CEO.
