Marget Miil

Marget Miil currently serves as the Head of People and Culture at eAgronom, focusing on cultivating a mission-driven and positive company culture that supports sustainable farmers. Prior to this role, Marget was the Head of Communications at the Estonian Aviation Academy, where notable achievements included introducing free sanitary products for students, marking a first in Estonia. Marget's experience also includes positions as a Marketing Project Manager at Nobel Digital, Project Manager at Conturata, and Strategic Communications at A-tiim. Marget holds a Master of Science in Social Sciences from the University of Edinburgh and a Bachelor's degree in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs from the University of Tartu.
