Tatiana B. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the food supply chain and sustainable agriculture. Currently serving as the Sustainability Compliance & Science Lead at eAgronom, Tatiana focuses on designing projects and solutions to enhance trust between farmers and stakeholders. With a background as a Business Consultant and roles such as Country Manager for Czech Republic and Slovakia at ED&F Man and Managing Director at Groupe Roullier, Tatiana has demonstrated expertise in operations, business strategy, and sales management. Previous experience includes significant contributions at Bayer Crop Science and Monsanto, where Tatiana developed marketing strategies across Central and Eastern Europe. Tatiana holds a Master II degree in Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship in FMCG from ISARA-Lyon and has pursued additional training in supply chain management and business leadership.
