Sofi Klavacs Karlsson

Sofi Klavacs Karlsson is currently serving as the COO at Early Bird since February 2023. Prior to this role, Sofi was the Affärsutvecklingschef at VTD from August 2019 to February 2023. Between 2011 and 2021, Sofi held a position as a board member at The App Factory AB, focusing on business planning and strategy processes. Sofi's experience at DB Schenker spanned over a decade, where responsibilities included managing operations across 29 production sites and leading various projects as a Consultant Project Manager. Early career roles included Project Manager for Logistics Development at Volvo logistics and Spare Parts Coordinator at GGP Group. Sofi holds a Master of Engineering in Logistics from Linköping University and an MBA from Blekinge Institute of Technology, along with leadership training from Chefakademin.
