Jonathan Dilley

Jonathan Dilley is an experienced executive with a strong background in leadership and talent management. Currently serving as Chief of Staff at Early Learning Indiana since August 2020, Dilley previously held significant roles at Project Lead The Way, including Executive Vice President and Chief Talent Officer, and Senior Vice President and Chief of Staff. Earlier experience includes serving as Vice President at FaegreBD Consulting and as a Legislative Assistant for the U.S. House of Representatives. Jonathan Dilley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication and Rhetoric from Wabash College, an Executive Scholars Certificate in Nonprofit Management from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, and a Certificate in Strategy from The Wharton School.
