Michelle McJunkin has extensive experience in educational administration, currently serving as the Administrator for The Sandwich Montessori School at Early Education Inc. since May 2017. Prior to this role, Michelle was the Director at Education, Inc. for over 12 years, overseeing a team of 40 teachers and managing educational programs for more than 10,000 students annually. Responsibilities included hiring and training educators, ensuring curriculum alignment with state standards, and maintaining relationships with over 150 school districts. Additionally, Michelle has a background in healthcare administration and has provided specialized instruction to students with emotional and psychiatric disabilities. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Applied Science and English from Pacific University, as well as a diploma in Infant Toddler Education from the North American Montessori Center.
