As the Founder and CEO of Crosswalk Capital, Eddy partners with business owners to facilitate leadership transitions through a servant-leadership approach, active since January 2020. An Expert on Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the World Economic Forum, Eddy has a background in construction as Co-Founder of Shaeffer & Sons Construction, which provided integrated construction services until December 2020. Prior roles include Director of the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Center at IESE Business School and work as an Entrepreneur In Residence at SeedRocket. Eddy’s extensive career encompasses various leadership positions in sales, marketing, and operations, alongside a solid educational foundation with a Bachelor’s in International Business from Bob Jones University and an MBA from IESE Business School.
