Zahidul Haque has extensive experience in the banking and technology industry. Zahidul began their career at AGC Networks Ltd. in 2010 as a Business Development Manager. In 2011, Haque joined Eastern Bank Limited and held various leadership roles, including Head of Alternative Distribution Channel and Head of Channel Development. Zahidul served as the Head of Liability & Wealth Management from 2017 to 2018 before being promoted to the position of Chief Technology Officer in March 2020. Haque has been instrumental in driving technological advancements and strategic growth within the organizations they have worked for.
Zahidul Haque obtained a BBA degree in Marketing from IUBAT and Assumption University between 1992 and 1996. Zahidul later pursued an MBA degree in Finance at IUBAT from 1998 to 2000. Prior to that, between 1989 and 1991, Zahidul completed their HSC in Science from Govt. Science College. Zahidul began their educational journey by achieving an SSC in Science from Govt. Science School and College, Dhaka, from 1987 to 1989.
