Additional experience encompasses various positions as Executive Pizzaiolo and Head Pizzaiolo at multiple esteemed establishments, including Eataly Brasil, Rossopomodoro, Pacci's Trattoria, and OroPomodoro. Rosario's career in pizza-making began in May 2001, with foundational roles at Pizzeria Miracoli and Pizzeria Esposito, showcasing a deep-rooted expertise developed in Naples, Italy.
