Joanne McHugh

Joanne McHugh is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program management and digital construction. Currently serving as VP of Construction Digitalization and Commercial Support at Eaton since June 2012, Joanne has held multiple key leadership roles within the company, including Digital Construction Leader and Vice President of Commercial Excellence. In addition to Joanne's work at Eaton, Joanne has been a board member at Towards Employment since June 2020. Joanne's earlier career includes significant positions at Goodrich Sensors and Integrated Systems, Goodrich Power Systems, Goodrich Landing Gear, and Goodrich Missile Actuation, where roles varied from Director of Program Management to Supply Chain Leader. Joanne holds a Master’s degree in Project Management from The University of Manchester and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Western University.
