Paulo Fleury is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in portfolio management and investment management. Currently serving as a Partner at eB Capital since March 2024, Paulo previously held the position of Sócio Diretor and Portfolio Manager at FG/A from October 2021 to November 2023, where management of the FGAA11 fund was a key responsibility. Prior to that, Paulo was a Portfolio Manager at Valora Gestão de Investimentos from October 2018 to October 2021, co-managing private credit funds. As a co-founder of Solis Investimentos from January 2016 to October 2018, Paulo contributed to the establishment of a firm that currently manages over R$ 15 billion in assets. Earlier roles included an analyst position at Petra Asset and an internship at the Ministério da Fazenda, demonstrating a strong foundation in finance and economics. Paulo holds an MBA in Agribusiness from USP/Esalq and a master's degree in Business Administration from FGV, as well as a bachelor's degree in Economics from Universidade de Brasília.
