Kim Dickson

As General Counsel, Kim oversees the legal function for the company. She works closely with all team members at Clarus to advise her business partners on a broad range of legal topics impacting the loyalty and subscription space and the products that Clarus offers its clients. These include advertising, marketing and privacy initiatives, counseling on emerging laws and practices, reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts.
