Eberspächer Group
Fatih Baydar has a diverse work history, starting in 2007 as a Mantagemitarbeiter at HAHN Gasfedern GmbH. In 2008, they joined Eberspächer Group as a Versuchsfachkraft and worked in that role until 2015. From 2015 to 2016, they served as an Assistent für Forschung und Entwicklung. In 2016, Baydar transitioned to the role of Systemingenieur at Eberspächer Group, a position they held until 2023. Currently, they are the Head of System Engineering at the same company.
Fatih Baydar attended Fachschule für Technik MESK from 2012 to 2016, where they earned a degree in Elektrotechniker with a field of study in Technische Informatik. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2010, they studied at Abendgymnasium and obtained a Fachabitur degree with a field of study in Allgemein. Fatih's education history also includes their time at Berufschulzentrum Öde from 2003 to 2007, where they completed their studies in Kraftfahrzeugmechatroniker, specializing in Fahrzeugwartungs- und -reparaturtechnik.
