Fabian Eckermann has a solid work experience history. Fabian is currently serving as the Head of System Engineering at HSE•AG since November 2019. Prior to this, they worked as the Chief Operating Officer at SIS Medical AG from October 2016 to November 2019.
Before joining SIS Medical AG, Fabian served at BIOTRONIK for several years. Fabian started as a Projektleiter in June 2008 and was involved in the development and launch of multiple combination and non-combination medical products. Fabian then took on the role of Manager, leading a research and development group for combination product development from October 2011 to July 2014. Subsequently, they became the Senior Manager, responsible for leading two R&D groups for passive device and combination product development from July 2014 to August 2016.
Fabian's career embarked at ETH Zurich, where they worked as a Doktorand from June 2004 to June 2008.
Fabian Eckermann obtained a Dipl.-Ing. ETH degree in Materialwissenschaften from ETH Zürich, where they studied from 1999 to 2004. Fabian further pursued their education at ETH Zürich and earned a Dr. Dipl-Ing. ETH degree in Materialwissenschaften, completing their studies from 2004 to 2008.
