Prior to this role, Kurt worked at Mann+Hummel GmbH for nearly a decade, holding various positions including Head of Controlling in different business sectors from 2002 to 2019, with a focus on operational business, sales, R&D, personnel, and project controlling. Kurt also led controlling at Mann+Hummel Japan Ltd. and began their career with roles at Allianz and ICI, focusing on investments, legal entity controlling, and financial accounting. Kurt holds a Diplom Kaufmann degree from the University of Tübingen, specializing in Economics.
