Justin Shih

Justin Shih is an experienced engineering professional specializing in wastewater management. Currently serving as the Manager of Process Engineering and Asset Management at EBMUD since January 2017, Justin has held various roles within the organization, including Senior Civil Engineer and Wastewater Plant Operator I. Prior experience includes positions as Project Engineer at eDesign Dynamics and Process Engineer at Waste Enterprisers, alongside an early career as a Research Associate at Columbia University and Engineering Intern at Alameda County Water District. Justin holds a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering, both from the University of California, Berkeley.
