Katie Miller

Katie Miller, PE, is an Associate Civil Engineer at EBMUD, specializing in infrastructure management and water supply engineering since February 2021. Prior to this role, Katie worked at Dewberry as a Water Resources Project Engineer and Staff Engineer, where responsibilities included managing a large-scale Green Infrastructure contract in Brooklyn and conducting assessments in Queens. Earlier experience includes positions as an Air Quality Associate Intern at ENVIRON and an Engineering Intern with the City of Emeryville. Katie holds a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from Stanford University and dual Bachelor degrees in Civil Engineering and Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley, complemented by international experience at Universitat de Barcelona.
