Noe Meza

Noe Meza, PE, is an Associate Civil Engineer at EBMUD since September 2020, with extensive experience in the design and construction of engineering projects related to wastewater treatment and pumping stations. Previously, Noe served as an Assistant Engineer at Central Contra Costa Sanitary District from June 2012 to August 2020, where responsibilities included the preparation of design plans and contract documents, as well as periodic inspections. Earlier roles included Staff Engineer, Assistant Engineer at Trinchero Family Estates, Pilot Plant Operator at Roberts Filter Group, and Research Assistant at the University of the Pacific. Noe holds a Master's degree in Engineering Science and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, both from the University of the Pacific.
