Michael Boylen

Michael Boylen, CCP, has extensive experience in cargo claims management and customer service within the logistics industry. Currently serving as Cargo Claims Manager at Echo Global Logistics since June 2015, Michael oversees the processing of over $10 million in annual cargo claims and has achieved high customer service ratings. Previously, at Command Transportation from April 2008 to June 2015, Michael held roles as Cargo Claims Administrator and Client Sales Representative, where responsibilities included managing cargo claims, conducting training seminars, and developing targeted sales strategies for transportation services. Michael earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Argosy University and an Associate's degree from City Colleges of Chicago-Harry S Truman College.
