Carole Garcia has extensive experience in human resources and leadership roles. From 2014 to the present, they have been the Chief People Officer at Echosens, a technology company specializing in liver diseases. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2013, they worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Laurent Sanchez Consultants, providing HR support to multiple subsidiaries. From 2002 to 2009, they were the Director of Human Resources at COMPASS-GROUP France, where they oversaw HR policies and managed employee relations in a challenging environment.
Carole Garcia attended Lycée Gérard de Nerval in Luzarches from 1981 to 1984. Following that, they enrolled at Ecole Hôtelière de Paris Lycée Jean Drouant, where they studied without obtaining any degree or field of study between the years 1984 and 1988.
