Mary Elizabeth Chase is an accomplished Project Manager at ECOnorthwest, where involvement spans multiple roles since September 2021. Mary served as an Associate and Urban Systems Intern, gaining valuable project management experience. Prior to this, Mary worked as a Project Assistant at Outgrowing Hunger, focusing on regenerative agriculture and community garden access for immigrant families in East Portland. Experience also includes assisting underrepresented entrepreneurs during the pandemic as a PSU Community Recovery Fellow at RAIN. At the University of Pittsburgh, Mary was a Research Recruitment and Engagement Specialist for a precision medicine initiative. Earlier roles include teaching English in Seoul and managing an escape room experience. Mary holds a Master's degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Portland State University and a BA in Geography and Urban Studies from Temple University.
