César is currently the HR Director for LATAM at ECU Worldwide, where they have held various roles since joining in 2021. César Fernández obtained a Licentiate degree in Administration and Business Management from Universidad Mexicana, S.C. from 2014 to 2017. In 2020, they pursued further education and completed a course in Strategic Administration of Human Resources from Tecnológico de Monterrey. César also obtained a certification in Strategic Administration of Human Resources from the same institution in the same year.
