Simon Kosturczak is an experienced professional in outage planning and management within the nuclear and wastewater sectors. Currently serving as Outage NSSS Lead at EDF (UK) since December 2007, Simon leads a team responsible for preparing and delivering refuelling outages at Sizewell B. Previous roles include Outage Planning Engineer for refuelling and reactor systems at Sizewell B and Heysham 2 nuclear power station, as well as Cycle Planner for preventative maintenance. Simon's earlier experience at United Utilities involved coordinating wastewater maintenance and overseeing operations at a large wastewater treatment plant. Simon holds an HNC in Engineering from Blackpool and The Fylde College and a BTEC Diploma in Water and Wastewater Engineering from Bolton College.
