William Lebatteux

William Lebatteux has a robust background in operations and customer services, currently serving as Director of Operations and Director of Customer Operations at Screwfix since March 2022. Previously, at EDF Energy, William held various roles including Head of Customer Services, Head of Business Improvement and Strategic Planning, and Senior Manager of Customer Experience from August 2014. Experience at KCOM as Head of Operations and at JAG Communications in B2B Sales and Operations Management further solidified William’s expertise. William holds an HND in Business/Commerce from the University of Exeter, completed between 2001 and 2003, and attended St Peters C of E High School.
