Caroline Jury is a legal professional with extensive experience in corporate and finance law, currently serving as the Group General Counsel at ED&F Man since June 2022, following a brief tenure as Senior Legal Counsel at the same company in July 2021. Prior to this, Caroline was a Partner at Morrison & Foerster LLP from February 2018 to April 2021, providing legal advice on financing for private and public companies, major banks, and private equity firms. Caroline's career at Clifford Chance spanned from 1988 to 2017, during which time Caroline became a Partner and worked across various global offices. Notably, Caroline led significant drafting initiatives for the LMA Intercreditor Agreement and revised standard primary loan documentation in the Australian market while advising the APLMA. Caroline holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from UCL.
