Justin Lutz

Justin Lutz is an experienced quality and mission assurance professional currently serving as the Director of Quality and Mission Assurance at Raytheon, where responsibilities include leading a team of 17 in managing quality for the Naval Power Naval Integrations Solutions and Sustainment business areas. With a career at Raytheon spanning over two decades, Justin has held multiple leadership positions, including Associate Director with significant sales responsibilities and serving in various roles related to quality assurance and engineering. In addition to industry experience, Justin has a background in military service as a Lieutenant Commander in the U.S. Navy Reserve and has contributed to technology development with Edge Impulse. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and a Master of Business Administration from Framingham State University.
