Kyle Van Andel has a strong background in IT and data management. Kyle currently serves as the Vice President of IT at EdgeCore Digital Infrastructure, a position they have held since 2018. Prior to this, they worked at CoreSite, where they held various roles including Senior Director of Business Intelligence & Solution Architecture, Director of Enterprise Data & Solution Architecture, Manager of Database & App Support/Senior Database Administrator, Senior Database Administrator, and Database Administrator. Before joining CoreSite, Kyle worked at Interstates Control Systems, Inc. as a Database Administrator and MES Analyst. Kyle started their career at 3t Systems as an intern in QA Automation.
Kyle Van Andel attended Dordt University from 2001 to 2005, earning a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with a focus on Information Systems and System Administration. Kyle also holds various certifications from Microsoft, including Microsoft Certified IT Professional for SQL Server Database Administrator for both SQL 2005 and SQL 2008, as well as Microsoft Certified Technical Specialist for SQL Server 2005 and SQL Server 2008.
