Jason R. has extensive experience in operations and logistics management, currently serving as Operations Manager at Edible Garden since June 2019, overseeing over 50 staff members across Production and Transportation departments. Prior to this, Jason held various managerial roles, including Transportation Manager at Vistar, A PFG Company, and General Manager at XPO Logistics, where responsibilities encompassed compliance, dispatching, and relationship management. Previous positions at Iron Mountain involved auditing and managing transportation operations across multiple locations, while earlier roles in companies such as Wire One Technologies, Audio Visual Dynamics, and Kastle Systems provided a foundation in warehouse operations, purchasing, and inventory management. Jason’s career began with military service as a Supply Chain Logistics Manager in the United States Army, where management of significant inventory was a key responsibility. Education includes a diploma in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from UCNJ and completion of training at the Army Quartermaster School.
