Caroline H. has a diverse work experience spanning from 2002 to the present. Caroline began their career as a Freelance Art Director for Aramis and Designer Fragrances, working on various design projects. Caroline then took on freelance art direction roles for multiple clients, including ATK Partnership, DNA Studios, Frontside Services, Mattel, and Kevin Kwan Projects. In 2006, Caroline joined Herbalife, where they served as the Associate Manager and later the Manager of Online Strategy, overseeing website content, design, and implementation. Caroline also worked on website pre-launch activities and graphic design for the company's corporate building. From 2010 to 2011, Caroline was self-employed, managing website projects, wireframing, and coordinating designers and developers. Caroline then worked as a Project Manager and Information Architect for 1 On 1 Academic Tutors from 2011 to 2012. Caroline joined Discovery Communications as a Business Analyst from April to October 2012. Following this, they became the Director of Product for Spiritclips from Hallmark and played a crucial role in product development until February 2014. Caroline transitioned to AssetAvenue and served as the Director of Product, responsible for product management until March 2016. Caroline then joined Edmunds, first as the Lead UX Designer from August 2016 to June 2019, and currently holds the position of UX Manager from July 2019 onwards.
Caroline H. holds a Master's Degree in Human Factors in Information Design, which was obtained from Bentley University in 2017. Caroline also has a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Design, Digital Media, and Photography from Parsons School of Design - The New School.
