Founded in 2005, Education Futures Group, LLC focuses on the start up and acquisition of accredited post-secondary schools in the United States. EFG’s schools offer certificates, degrees, and diplomas in a variety of different fields, including healthcare, business, technology, cosmetology, legal and other trades. EFG made its first acquisition in June 2006 when it purchased Computer Career Center in El Paso, Texas. In April 2007, EFG opened CCC’s first branch campus in Las Cruces, New Mexico. Also in 2007, EFG acquired Certified Careers Institute in Utah, which gave the company locations in Salt Lake City and Clearfield. Later that same year, EFG finalized the acquisition of Texas Computer Training Institute, which had a campus in Lubbock, Texas.
