Prior to this, Darby worked as a Behavior Analyst at Devereux, focusing on assessing and developing care plans for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Early professional experience includes an internship at Arc Of Mecklenburg County Inc, where event planning, client advocacy, and community resource networking were key responsibilities. Darby holds a Master of Science in Psychology from Lynn University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
