Ivana Rich

Ivana M. Rich, Ed.D, currently serves as the Associate Vice President and Director of Intercollegiate Athletics at Edward Waters University, a position held since November 2022. Concurrently, Ivana functions as Adjunct Faculty in the School of Education at Norfolk State University since September 2019 and has also held various roles there, including Associate Athletic Director for Administration/SWA/Chief Diversity Officer and Associate Athletic Director for Academic Services, focusing on the Student-Athlete Academic Support unit. Previous experience includes positions at the University of South Florida, Robert Morris University, Coastal Carolina University, Virginia State University, and Chowan University, encompassing roles in academic support, coaching, and student-athlete affairs. Ivana holds a Doctor of Education in Curriculum and Instruction: Educational Technology from the University of South Carolina, along with multiple master's degrees and a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Virginia Commonwealth University.
