Michael Duncan

Michael Duncan serves as the Senior Director of Digital Transformation at Edwards Lifesciences since March 2020, where responsibilities include driving a multi-year digital transformation to support the company’s growth objectives. Prior to this role, Michael spent over 12 years at Accenture, ascending to the position of Management Consulting Senior Manager. In this capacity, Michael provided expert consulting services to C-suite clients on digital transformation initiatives, leveraging skills in business process engineering, technology implementation, and organizational change management. Notable achievements include conducting technology assessments for semiconductor companies, reengineering business processes for medical device manufacturers, and modernizing production systems for aerospace clients. Michael is recognized as a global subject matter expert in digital transformation and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering from the University of Florida.
