Tami Sue-Kam-Ling

Tami Sue-Kam-Ling, CCP, MSL, currently serves as the Senior Manager of Global Compensation at Edwards Lifesciences, focusing on developing and implementing compensation strategies to attract and retain top talent. Prior to this role, Tami held various positions including Director of Compensation at Trace3, where responsibilities included the design and evaluation of compensation programs, and Senior Manager of Total Rewards at Alliance HealthCare Services, leading the development of total rewards programs. Tami's career also includes managerial roles at Babcock & Wilcox, Sealed Air Corporation, and Compass Group North America, beginning as a Compensation Analyst at Carolinas Healthcare System.
