Christine Michalik

Christine Michalik, CCP, GRP, currently serves as Senior Manager Global Compensation at Viatris since November 2020. In this role, Christine leads and develops a team focused on major annual HR processes, emphasizing operational excellence and user experience. Christine collaborates with subject matter experts to define and communicate necessary annual events for critical HR cyclical processes, including Performance Management and Compensation Planning. Christine's career includes previous positions at Mylan, where Christine progressed from Senior Compensation Specialist to Associate Manager Global Compensation, as well as roles at Dick's Sporting Goods, Morneau Sobeco, Marconi, and Zinc Corporation of America. Christine holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Robert Morris University, and graduated from Quigley Catholic High School.
