Saurabh Louis

Saurabh Louis is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in compensation management and human resources. Currently serving as a Senior Global Compensation Manager at Enphase Energy since September 2021, Saurabh previously held the position of Global Compensation Manager at the same company from March 2019 to March 2021. A significant part of Saurabh's career was spent at Firstsource Solutions Limited, where roles included Deputy General Manager of Total Rewards and senior management positions in human resources encompassing corporate talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations. Saurabh began the career in HR with a Management Trainee program in the compensation and benefits team and completed a management internship at Johnson & Johnson, focusing on reward management practices. Saurabh holds an MBA in Human Resources from Loyola Institute Of Business Administration, graduated in 2008, and completed secondary education at Don Bosco School in New Delhi.
