Chief People Officer at EECU Credit Union

Paula Holcomb has a vast amount of experience in the field of human resources. Paula started their career as an HR Manager at Goldwaters, Foleys, Robinsons-May in 1984. Paula then moved on to Neiman Marcus, where they served as the Director of Human Resources for almost a decade. After that, they worked at Harcourt as the Vice President of Human Resources from 1998 to 2002. Paula later joined The Whitney Smith Company as a Senior Consultant for seven years. Continuing their career, they became the Vice President of Human Resources at Mouser Electronics from 2009 to 2016. Currently, they hold the position of Chief People Officer at EECU Credit Union, where they have been since 2016. Additionally, they are honored to be appointed to The Standard's Plan Sponsor Council, where they will provide insights about retirement plan needs.

Paula Holcomb obtained a Diversity and Inclusion Certificate in Human Resources Management and Services from Cornell University in 2020.
