Terence Scanlon is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in credit management and customer service. Currently serving as the Indirect Credit Manager at EECU Credit Union since April 2019, Terence has developed extensive expertise in mitigating financial losses and managing credit portfolios. Previously, Terence held several roles at Mercedes-Benz Financial Services USA LLC from 2004 to 2019, including Collections Customer Service Manager, where responsibilities included managing a team to maintain acceptable delinquency rates, and Dealer Relationship Manager, focusing on financial analysis and credit funding procedures for dealers. Terence also worked as a Commercial Fleet Credit Analyst and in various credit analyst roles, contributing to training and team development within credit operations. Terence holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of North Florida, completed in 2004.
